This is just a short article today as I’m busy with all things Foundations (the Live Version officially starts today – it’s not too late to join here).
So, I simply want to share two recent sketches of the Sydney Hospital Kiosk on Macquarie St (there is a nice bench in the shade opposite it!)
The first sketch was done in November, just before my Port Macquarie trip, when I had just started sketching with Poscas. I didn’t actually finish this sketch; I was using it to test different ways of drawing with and layering them.
The second was done last week on New Year’s Day. I’m now much more comfortable using Poscas and mixing them with Neocolors. 🙂

Both great sketches Liz! Happy New Year! I’m super excited about the ‘new thing’ you’re planning for us. Can’t wait to hear more. I’ve signed up for Foundations (second time) but mainly so I can join the Livestreams. I always love those!
Thanks Ginie!
Surprising amount of detail you can achieve with the Poscas!
Yes – and if they are a bit dry there are even more options!
