Normally by day 3 of a new year I have done many pages but this year I have had a few great productive days working instead.

This is my gold cup that I haven’t sketched for years because it went missing.

I was using 4 colours of De Atramentis ink. mixed Raw Sienna, Magenta, mixed Dark Green and Brown and was testing how the ink behaved drawing into the wet paint. DeA ink floats on top particularly in the darker colours. The green went crazy… LOVE it!
