I’ve been meaning to do this page for ages… documenting my entire teapot collection and working out the capacity of each (shown in mL for each square) .
And just for something different, I decided to use coloured pencils! These are Coloursoft by Derwent.
The pots in the coloured squares are the ones that I’m using the most these days and it seems to prove that I like mid-size pots and/or ones that are patterned. These also happen to be the ones that are the best pourers as well.
Hmm… It seems that I have more teapots than I thought and…
I love using coloured pencils and layering random colours!
Now for the big decision, which teapot should I sketch next?

Lovely. Sadly I only have one.
I love this! Especially charming in colored pencil and tiny.
And I thought three was too many and gave one away! This makes a really cheerful and attractive page and has confirmed my idea for drawing my collection of little jugs (can’t have too many…..) in a 2inch square concertina sketchbook that a friend gave me. Yes, 2 inches square.
