Today I had an appointment and decided to catch the train rather than drive. So I had two short train rides in which to sketch my daily quota. I managed to sketch 20 people, 6 of which were done with watercolour (waterbrush) while sitting on a bench on the platform waiting for my train to arrive – these are numbered separate with a prefix of ‘W”. I added paint to the pen sketches.

Overall I was not that happy with my sketches this morning, so this evening I did a few tests back home, from photos. Testing Inktense pencils (after hanging out with Lynne who is the master of Inktense) and then a few sketches mixing ink and wash.
