Hello Liz, beautiful sketchbook spread, as usual! I love how you’re incorporating the poscas with your neocolors. So vibrant! I also love your inclusion of scripture on every spread, and I’m curious: do you copy the scripture passage first, *before* doing your artwork, or do you add it later? As always, thank you for sharing your work with us.?

THnkas Lynn – I’m recording what I read during my morning devotions – the first thing I do every day. So it’s before.

I really love these vibrant colours you’re playing with Liz, and I spot a beautiful bit of dry brush effect on the saucer. ??

Thanks Peter – I’m loving the vibrancy too! This is finger smudge rather than dry brush 🙂 I didn’t get a brush out on this occasion.

Gorgeous bright colors! What a cheerful mug for the morning coffee! I was going to ask about how you are smudging, or what with, but I see you already answered that, with a finger! Now my fingers are itching to try some Neocolors! I bought a couple at Christmas, but now I can’t find them! Ha! Disorganized art supplies strikes again! Is this an excuse to buy more? lol!
