Borromini collects wee friends when he travels around the world (big adult friends as well as you will see via the photos that I hope to start uploading soon) Here is the first half of the collection from this trip.

I don’t often draw my little travelling companion as I am too worried about getting his proportions exact… but there has been quite a few other portraits of him done during the big adventure. I know where most of them are… but if you did meet him and sketch him it would be greatly appreciated if you could post a link to your sketch!
This is the first opportunity I have had to use the Maimeri paint set that I bought in Venice – I didn’t really need a new paint set but somehow I have this terrible habit of tracking down an art store in every location and even worse habit of buying something in every art store that I enter!
