An unexpected crazy deadline at work means that I will be out of action for a few days…so trying to get ahead tonight. Had intended to do EDM 20 Something Dad on the weekend anyway… So here is 19, 21, 22.
I ended up doing 19 x 4 and 22 x 3 – how is that for KEEN?! Plus I couldn’t resist doing my special cup! C’mon it is not a proper monthly challenge for me unless I manage to sneak in at least 10 cup sketches in the month somehow, is it?
A very busy page but I enjoyed it! – can you tell?
BTW1 more about the cup and the VERY special great aunt (I think I have some of her creative genes) that gave it to me is here.
BTW2 my dress fabrics don’t look at all these sketches… So I tried drawing the patterns to the background…but a bit too loose tonight. One of the fabrics is seen here
BTW3 are you interested in all my ramblings (a sign that I am too tired…)
BTW4 I am still to do a good sketch of my tea cosy which I adore but is decidedly quirky and turned out quite different from what I planned
BTW5 Yes, the cosy is a bit short
BTW6 I made an error- the cup is only 130 years old
BTW7 Ok… I am finishing now!!!!!

This is part of the Everyday in May challenge – drawing something every day
in May. A group of us thought it would be fun to do a Everyday Matters (EDM)
challenge each day using EDM 1-31. The list is here
The Group that is going to give this a go (so far… let me know if you want to join in and be added to the list)

Beautiful spread. Love the looseness and your ramblings.
Good luck with the deadline.
Love all of it. Your pages just amaze me and inspire me. Good luck on the work issues.
Nice work! And good to plan ahead – I seem to slack behind instead when work gets too hectic…
I always enjoy your journal pages, Liz. I wish I could read the writings but alas, my old eyes can't quite see that well!
Fun sketch with great detail as usual. I think you should post pictures of you modeling the dresses though. They look very cute.
