TIme for a bit of collage and rummaging around in my old piles of letters to find this very special one – written by a very cool 15 year old boy to a toy Bert that my brother gave to me when I was 18.
Drawing Borromini would have been too predictable and his ego is too big anyway!
Another super quick sketch early this morning – spent longer finding the letter and making the bert skivvy stripey paper and collaging it all together in my book

This is part of the Everyday in May challenge – drawing something every day
in May. A group of us thought it would be fun to do a Everyday Matters (EDM)
challenge each day using EDM 1-31. The list is here
The Group that is going to give this a go (so far… let me know if you want to join in and be added to the list)

What an absolutely wonderful and delightful and most sentimental page, Liz.
This is a precious page that you have put together. It is fascinating and it brings a smile to my face!!
I've been watching your recent posts and I'd love to join your 31 days challenge — I just need to finish up my imaginary trip to England and then maybe I can start this challenge late and catch up. The idea of a group to work through these assignments with is an interesting idea!!
